I remember watching the original Nickelodeon cartoon back in the day when it first premiered back in the late ’50s. It was one of my favorite cartoons ever. It was pretty much the first cartoon I ever watched I might add. I would be standing in front of my television when I would notice that little guy who was sitting on the couch and playing video games. All I could think of was how cool it would be to be a fan of the Nickelodeon family.
That’s because the Nickelodeon family has been around since the 50s. And like most family-related news, Nickelodeon has been a huge part of our daily lives for years. While the shows are now being aired on all cable networks, Nickelodeon still owns the rights to our favorite shows.

With the exception of the old Nickelodeon Network, which was a defunct channel that has since merged with the MTV networks, I have never seen a show on Nickelodeon that I didn’t like.
